What I offer.

I offer consultancy, workshops for teams, leadership development and in-house therapy.

Prior to being a therapist, I worked at Twitter and Google for over a decade, had stints at the UN and in public broadcasting. I have worked and lived in Europe, the UK, the US, the Middle East and Asia. People, organisational culture and working in a culturally-sensitive way have been at the heart of what I do.

I can support your leadership and people teams, engage directly with staff, or plug into specific teams. I have a flexible and collaborative approach and can adapt my services to your needs.

You may want to support your purpose-driven business during troubled times, that seem to inevitably impact your people’s emotional health. Or, you are in a leadership position and wonder why mental health comes at the cost of ‘working’.

I consider wellbeing, culture and your organisation as interconnected and apply systems-thinking, psychology and neuroscientific insights.

I specialise in the unmet needs of our times: navigating change and grief tending, neurodiversity, ADHD and thriving teams, belonging and intersectionality, nervous-system resets, and cross-cultural collaboration.
